I want to blow

I still want to blow

I want to blow!!!

Welcome to Sarahblogz!!

I was just eight years old when I decided to write a story book. I remember I titled it “The Return of Konga” I was so thrilled by the fact that I was going to be an author. My friends I did not finish writing that book after so many years.

I changed my language years later to “I want to blow!!”. I know you also want to blow. Stop pretending like you are okay with where you are. Yeah I know you have it cool but you still want to blow.

“I want to blow” is a Nigerian expression of a desire to actually grow your influence and become famous and wealthy. It is a statement that reflects our yearning for relevance.

Dear reader, it is not about whether you want to blow or not. What do you have in your hands that the world needs? If you offered yourself what you have would you accept it?

We must ask ourselves serious questions. There is no mistake in success. You must be deliberate. Trust me I have failed at some things and I have succeeded at some things. If you must be relevant, you need to be deliberate but don’t be afraid of those baby steps.

Walt Disney was told he had no talent and fired from a newspaper Job. He wound up doing volunteer work for a church in an old run down garage. One day he decided to sketch one of the many mice that were running through the garage. The mouse became the famous “Mickey Mouse”. Walt Disney took baby steps with Mouse!!!

There are baby steps to take if you must BLOW!!. How much of those baby steps have you taken? I have started taken my baby steps and I will share them with you subsequently.

Stay tuned on Sarah’s blog!! We have a lot for you in the coming days.
